I Am Back to Yoga Class…

I finally join a yoga studio to keep up with my exercise routines. Its been a while I skip my exercise due to work. The yoga class is fee is not cheap but luckily it can be paid by installment. Else it would have burnt a big hole in my pocket. Besides, this studio is close to my house and there is no hassle of finding parking in shopping malls or crowded business areas.

Why do I like Yoga? I prefer yoga because this gentle exercise not only can help me strengthen my posture and flexibility, but also beneficial in mental therapy. I have benefited form Yoga in the past and i think it is time for me to get back to Yoga .

I have some tips to share with you guys…

1) Don’t be too aggressive about exercising. I noticed many of my friends around me exercise irregularly. They started exercise very passionately but burn out pretty quickly too. As for me I would definitely not put my money into joining gym membership because it requires too much of commitment in terms of money and time.

You’d have to join the package for a certain period of time. And driving to a mall could cost a little more. When your passion to exercise diminished, you are more likely to regain your weight and sharp increase in percent of body fat.

Generally some exercise like going for a walk, slow jog once or twice a week can do wonders too to stay healthier. Try at least 3 times a week, up to 5 times as your body get used to that routine.

2) If you want to lose weight, set a reasonable goals for yourself. Be realistic and work hard to reach that goal.

And don’t forget to combine working out with a healthy diet. Eating healthily will always help to keep the extra weight off.
